battle royale

just got back from josh's room after a mass dinner-cooking-thing in wendy's kitchen (i'll post pictures of our little cook outs soon).. and no nothing scandalous in josh's room.. though there was like 7 girls and one guy kinda crammed into a 12m sq room that's real stuffy.. we were watching battle royale =)

in short it's about this law that has been passed, called "battle royale act".. a rebellious class gets chosen randomly and brought to this deserted island.. they're given a pack that contains food, water, a map and a random weapon or tool.. ranging from things like a machine gun to a paper fan -.- and they have three days to kill each other and only one can survive at the end of it.. if not.. the metal collars around they're necks will explode.. it's like a way to teach other students a lesson or something.. check out this

i think it might be semi morbid fascination but i quite liked the movie.. and there's this psycho guy (masanobu ando) who joined the "game" for fun.. his starting weapon was a paper fan.. wah but he's damn good at getting rid of the rest.. he manages to kill 14 of them and there are about 40 of them in total? he kills.. takes they're weapons.. kills.. more weapons.. you get it the idea.. but he's damn hot! too tired to find a nice pic of him but trust me.. and he's evil! evil and hot! =D

i want to get eitiher the english (damn my chinese and non-exsistent jap linguistic skills) version of the novel or the manga..

okae i know it's quite a crappy film.. with out of point stuff and chessy random episodes in it.. but er i quite like it.. total contradiction i know but i like it =)
